Amelia Walker

As a long-time organic gardener, I enjoy designing and planting edible landscapes in urban settings. Having experimented with a variety of gardening methods, I find many of them converging in permaculture. The diversity of plants, animals, fungus, insects and bacteria that can work together in my little quarter acre is thrilling.

Bringing this bounty and diversity into the kitchen, I focus on culturing a variety of foods to enhance nutrition and encourage beneficial probiotics.
