They are very cheap. It should not cost you more than $10-15 for standard residential sized fuses. (That's for both.)
Can I bypass the fuse boxes to run my AC? My roommate took the fuses.
I am trying to replace a plug fuse in my electric panel. I have been using "P" type 20 amp fuses. Now all I can find is "TC" type 20 amp fuses. This new kind is referred to as a "Dual Element Fuse" and is apparently designed with a time delay. Am I correct in thinking that the "Type" ("P" vs "TC") doesn't matter, but the "Amps" are what matters? Am I safe to replace the Type P with the Type TC as long as it is the same amount of amps? Thanks very much!
Does the temperature have to be the same on the new switch?
I have the large air filters (24x16x5). Can I add filters to the return air grills and eliminate the large Honeywell filter?
If the limit switch is bad and I have another switch from another furnace that looks the same, can I use it?
The part says L350 36tx16 manual limit switch. What does manual mean? Did I order the wrong part?
