My electric furnace continues to run after the cycle, I've replaced the thermostat, board, and now the sequencer. After it cools down, I turn the power on, and it won't kick on until the thermostat tells it to, but will not shut off. What could be the problem?

The blower is supposed to run after a cycle until the fan limit tells the motor it's cool enough to turn off. If that's not happening then likely you have a bad fan limit or problem in the board. Keep in mind these are just educated guesses without running any tests to confirm.
