My gas furnace turns o, runs for a few minutes, and then shuts off. I have replaced the fuse, and have also replaced the motor. What else could it be?

Well, I wouldn't replace things unless I knew they were bad for the sake of saving money. I can't say based on the information here, but figuring out at what point in the cycle it's stopping would help. Perhaps testing the circuit would be best if you know what you're looking for. If not, you should call a tech and allow them to diagnose.
